    How to use

    1. Add a .pptx file.
    2. Press Convert.
    3. Download the PDF.

    When this tool helps

Send slides to people who do not have PowerPoint, print handouts, or upload a talk to a portal that accepts only PDF. A PDF also protects the slides from accidental edits.

    Tips for a better result

    • Open the result and flip through it before you share it.
    • Save an old .ppt file as .pptx first; only .pptx is supported.
    • Large photos make large PDFs: compress the result afterwards if you must email it.

    What to expect

Each slide becomes a page of the same shape, with its text boxes, pictures and plain-colour shapes in place. Gradients, charts, SmartArt, animations, videos and custom fonts are not drawn, and text is set in a standard font, so complex slides can look different.

    What happens to your file

The file is read and converted by code in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, so contracts, statements and private papers stay on your device.
