How to use
- Add a PDF.
- Choose one sheet or a sheet per page.
- Press Convert and download the .xlsx file.
When this tool helps
A bank statement, a price list or a report arrives as a PDF and you need the numbers in a spreadsheet to sort, add up or chart them. Copying by hand is slow and full of mistakes.
Tips for a better result
- Works with PDFs that contain real text, such as statements exported from a bank or a program.
- A sheet per page keeps page boundaries; one sheet is easier for sorting and totals.
- Check the columns in the result: they are guessed from text positions, so complex tables may need small fixes.
What to expect
The tool reads the text on every page, groups it into rows, and puts each block of text into a column by its position. Numbers become numeric cells. Merged cells, borders, colours and tables drawn as pictures are not recognised; for a scan run OCR first.
What happens to your file
The file is read and converted by code in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, so contracts, statements and private papers stay on your device.
