    When this tool helps

    Send a price list, a schedule or a report so nobody can change the numbers, or print a sheet without fighting page settings in Excel. A PDF also opens on a phone where a wide spreadsheet is hard to read.

    Tips for a better result

    • Delete helper columns you do not want to show before converting.
    • Save an old .xls file as .xlsx first; only .xlsx is supported.
    • Very wide sheets are scaled down to fit the page, so keep the key columns narrow.

    What to expect

    Every sheet is drawn as a table on landscape A4 pages with a thin grid. Wide sheets are scaled down, and text longer than a cell is cut at the cell edge. Formulas show their saved result. Charts, cell colours, merged cells and number formatting other than dates are not reproduced.

    What happens to your file

    The file is read and converted by code in your browser. Nothing is uploaded, so contracts, statements and private papers stay on your device.
