How to use

  1. Pick a tab: timer, stopwatch, intervals, Pomodoro or world clock.
  2. Set the time or choose a preset, then press Start (or Space).
  3. Turn on Keep screen on and Sound if you want the screen awake and an alarm at the end.

FAQ

Will the timer ring if I close the tab or lock my phone?

Keep the page open. While it is open the timer keeps counting, even in a background tab, and Keep screen on stops the screen from going to sleep. A closed page cannot play a sound, but when you reopen it the timer shows the right time and whether it has already finished. On a phone a locked screen can pause the page, so keep it unlocked.

Can I run several timers at once?

Yes, up to 8 at the same time. Give each one a name, for example Tea or Laundry, and switch between them with the buttons above the dial.

How does the interval timer work?

Set work and rest seconds, the number of rounds and an optional warm-up. You hear a sound at every change and three short ticks before it. Presets are provided for Tabata, HIIT and boxing.

Is anything uploaded?

No. Everything runs in your browser. Your timers, laps and settings are saved only on your device.

Which keyboard shortcuts are available?

Space starts or pauses, R resets, L records a lap, 1 to 5 switch tabs, F opens fullscreen and M turns the sound on or off.
