Crop PDF

Trim margins, scanner shadows or empty edges from every page at once and see the cut area before you save.

Your files are never uploaded to a server. Everything runs on your device.

How to use

  1. Add your PDF file.
  2. Move the sliders for the top, right, bottom and left margins and watch the preview.
  3. Press Crop PDF and download.

When this tool helps

Scans often have wide white borders or dark edges, and slides exported to PDF can carry empty margins. Trimming them makes text larger on a phone screen and saves paper when printing.

Tips for a better result

  • The preview shows the first page, and the same percentages are applied to all pages.
  • Start with small values such as 3 to 5 percent and check the preview.
  • If pages have different sizes, the same percentages are used for each page.

Common problems and how to fix them

Cut content is still inside the file

Cropping hides the area, it does not erase it. To remove private data for good use Redact PDF.

Some pages are cut too much

All pages use the same percentages. Split the file with Split PDF, crop the parts separately and join them with Merge PDF.

What happens to your file

Everything is done in your browser and the PDF never leaves your device.

FAQ

Are my files uploaded anywhere?

No. Everything is processed in your browser on your own device, so your files never reach our servers.

Is it free?

Yes, free with no sign-up and no watermarks.

Can I crop only some pages?

Not in one pass. Use Split PDF or Extract pages to separate them, crop, then merge.
